Shipping policy

We process your orders within 2 business days. In the case of customizaed items, which takes 15-20 business days. 

Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout depending on the weight and location of delivery.

It takes roughly around 5-7 days for our regular product packages, but at most, it will take 2 weeks to arrive at your doorstep. For  customized items, it may take up to a month, depending on the order quantity.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You have 48 hours (2 days) to cancel your order or change your shipping address. But after that, you cannot cancel the order, because it’s already headed your way. So once that window closes, you cannot cancel the order for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• Shipping Delays
• Change of Address
